Exporting or deleting your data
Get everything we hold about you, or erase all of it for good.
Your data is yours
Both operations are self-service. You do not need to go through us.
Exporting
Settings → Danger zone → Export my data produces a JSON file holding your profile, your portfolios, your bookings, your orders and your domains.
Deleting
Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account erases the account and everything it owns, in cascade. Your public page stops answering immediately and your username becomes available again.
This is permanent. There is no bin, and our nightly backup is not a way to undo a deliberate deletion. Export first if you are hesitating.
Suspension
An account can be suspended by our team in case of abuse. The public page then stops answering, but no data is deleted: suspension is reversible, unlike deletion.
