Changing plan, cancelling, refunds
Moving between plans, what is charged, and how to get a refund.
Changing plan
Under Settings → Subscription, pick the plan you want. The change is immediate: the new plan's features are available straight away.
You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing — the offer appears automatically if you are on the other rhythm.
Cancelling
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until the last day, then the account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted: your portfolio stays, only the paid features close.
Refunds
You have fourteen days after your first payment to ask for a full refund. Write to us from the form at the bottom of this page, quoting the email address on your account.
After that a refund is still possible case by case — ask, and we will look.
The "made with oReel" badge
Pages on free accounts carry a small badge, bottom right. The three paid plans do not. It disappears as soon as the subscription is active, with nothing for you to do.
