Nothing is deleted

Moving to a cheaper plan, or to Free, never removes your content. Your testimonials, products, subscribers, press mentions and settings all stay exactly where they are. What changes is what visitors are shown.

What stops showing publicly

Sections above your new plan are hidden from your public page. In the builder they stay switched on, and their content is untouched.

The badge comes back on Free

The Free plan carries a small Made with oReel badge on your public page. The three paid plans do not.

A limited-edition design falls back

If your design was a limited edition, your page falls back to a permanent one while you are on Free. Your choice is remembered.

Your custom domain keeps working

A custom domain has its own yearly subscription, separate from your plan, so a downgrade does not switch it off. We write to you thirty days before it expires so you can decide.

Coming back

Subscribing again restores every hidden section exactly as it was — same content, same order, same settings. There is nothing to rebuild.
